By creating a Swappr account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a current tenant to use Swappr. The information you provide during sign up, including your name and date of birth, must match your tenancy agreement.
3. Home Swapping
Swappr facilitates introductions between tenants who wish to exchange their homes. We do not own, manage, or guarantee any property listed on the platform, and any exchange remains subject to approval by the relevant landlord or housing authority.
4. User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, to treat other users with respect, and not to use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these standards.
5. Limitation of Liability
Swappr is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from a swap arrangement, communication between users, or reliance on information shown in the app.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
